One of the problems in the training of news in the journalism is the ambiguity in the definition of "news." The most recent commentary does not help in learning individuals. Without knowing definition of news, we can say that it is difficult and complicated for recognize the "News Elements" and "News Values", and it is not impossible cover most of the issues in the preparation and setting up of news.
In this research, the researcher uses the qualitative research methodology and observing and interviewing experienced journalists with a comprehensive definition for reporting. The result of this research is to achieve this definition: »The news of the process of evaluating elements of an event is objective, taking into account the interests of the sender and The need for the audience.«
