In critical and communicative studies, “representation” is defined as the production of meaning through conceptual and discourse frameworks. Stuart Hall argues that there is no meaning outside of discourse, and that what we call reality is beyond the representation process.According to the study, “Representation of the Discourse of Power Discourse in Iran; Critical Discourse Analysis of the Execution and Analysis Ceremony of the Seventh President-elect of Iran on CNN International, BBC World, Al Jazeera English, Press TV Network and Al-Alam network “ Critical discourse analysis method, analysis unit, news report, non-probable and purposeful sampling method and in the time period (August 3, 4 and 5) of 2013 were selected and included in discourse analysis. Based on the results of this research; Al-Jazeera English Discourse on “Conditional Welcome to Nuclear Negotiations” in the Form of Implicit Discourse “Pan-Arabism Approaches Iran's Opposition to Countries' Interaction with the Countries of the Region and even Direct Negotiations with the United States”,The BBC World Service's “ Rejection of the discourse of indigenous and national internalization” in the form of “Dominance and Condemned” discourse and the CNN network also referred to the discourse of “Revival of the System in Interacting with the West.” In contrast to Iran's foreign media, Press TV focused on representing “election discourse as a major show of democracy” and Al-Alam, including “Islamic Democracy,” linked to “broad popular participation in elections” on the nuclear issue.
