During the last two decades, the use of the Internet in human life has increased. With this continuous development, Internet users can communicate with anywhere in the world, to shop online, use it as an educational tool, work remotely and Make financial transactions. Unfortunately, this rapid development of the Internet has a destructive effect on our lives, which leads to Various phenomena such as cyber bullying, cyber porn, cyber suicide, internet addiction, social isolation, internet racism, etc.The main purpose of this article is to explain all these social and psychological effects that are due to the widespread use of the Internet.Method: This is a review, exhaustive search of bibliographic data.this was done through internet and library studies. Keywords were extracted from search engines and databases such as Google, Yahoo, Google Scholar, and PubMed. Findings: The findings of this study showed that the Internet provides quick access to information and facilitates communication. This is very dangerous, especially for young users.For this reason, users should be aware of it and approach any information obtained from the website with critical thinking.Keywords: Dark Web, Cyberspace, Trafficking, Drugs, MCDM approach
