Advertising's profound impact on various economic, cultural,
social and political grounds is a reality which imposes itself on
any society. Whereas advertising is the most important financial
resources of the media and the competition in Competition in
attracting and Publish ads becomes more widespread every day,
determining the legal framework consistent with this Phenomenon
is one of the undeniable requirements of any country. The other
side, mobile operators as a modern mass media provide more
services for their users every day and value added services is the
most important of them. Balancing between operators' rights and
responsibilities in providing these services and Consumer rights
in terms of advertising law are the issues to be discussed in this
article.
