Using new communication technologies has become one of the most significant aspects of social-human life. Social networks (including Facebook، WhatsApp، Viber and Myspace) enable people to communicate with each other more simply and with lower costs and create chances to get familiar with more people all over the world. Many studies have been performed in connection with the role of communication networks and software on the process of social and political tense situations and it has been stated through different approaches. In this paper، it has been tried to study two almost new social movements that are currently going on، one in Europe and one in Asia and to show the role of Facebook and Twitter networks in Ukraine and also a new software named FireChat in Hong Kong.
