The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of social networks in promoting the sense of social security using the opinion of elites and experts of National Center for Cyberspace. The present study is a quantitative research that is applied in terms of the purpose of applying the results to a particular field and is a type of structural equation modeling in terms of data collection and descriptive-survey data collection and because the research is conducted over a period of time. It is done and the data is collected over a specific period of time, considered as cross-sectional. The statistical population of this study was composed of 180 experts of National Center for Virtual Space of Tehran province. Using Cochran's formula for finite population, the sample size was 105. Research data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS software and structural equation modeling. The validity of the questionnaire was also assessed by two convergent and divergent validity criteria that are specific to structural equation modeling. The results of the research hypotheses showed that there is a positive relationship between the variables of demographic factors of social network users, social media use, cultural and religious factors, trust in law and order institutions and promotion of the sense of social security using the elites and experts of National Cyberspace Center. And there is meaning.
