It has not been long since crimes occurred only face to face and obviously, and if there was a need for communication between criminals, they only had to act in traditional and predictable ways. Today, Internet communications, especially the dark web, which is not accessible to ordinary users, have simplified these communications.
Objective: This research has been conducted with the aim of analyzing the dark web in Iranian cyberspace.
 Method: In terms of classification of research in terms of purpose, it is an applied research, in terms of data collection is descriptive-non-experimental and among the types of descriptive research methods is a case study. The statistical population of the research for the questionnaire included 10 experts for the questionnaires, among whom the experts' questionnaire was distributed.
Findings: Based on studies, the main criteria of research include knowledge, environment, people, process, equipment and infrastructure and management. Data were analyzed using ANP-DEMATEL approach. Based on the results of the research, it was proved that the criterion of "fraud" with a final weight of 0.514 in the first priority among the criteria and the most influential criterion, the sub-criterion "existence of encrypted drug markets" with a final weight of 0.1011 in the first priority among sub-criteria and "drugs" Has had an impact and interaction among the criteria.
