Objective Music journalism is a practice that evaluates and judges’ music and its developments.
This dimension of journalism focuses on criticizing the nature, effects and methods of music as a facet of intellectual-cultural activities. Based on this, the role of music on the cultural changes of the society and of course the listening culture of the audience, public opinion and also its background can be clearly seen and analyzed due to the social changes in this type of journalism. Criticism is the key word in the field of journalism, so music journalism can also provide useful information and data for the study of cultural and perhaps social processes. Consequently, music is also a universal and universal media that has the ability to influence popular culture, and based on this, its field of study can be analyzed in the field of cultural studies. Therefore, in this research, the researcher investigates the role of music and its journalism position on the cultural and communicative changes of the audience with a descriptive-analytical method and a critical perspective. Examining the data obtained from this approach shows that music can be a way to understand the communication culture of countries, places and cultures and connect these social elements together, provided that the rights of the audience are respected. In addition, music changes the boundaries of art and popular culture, and at the same time, depending on the perspective of the journalism included in it, it can become a tool for the development of social subcultures.
Methods: Using the "descriptive and analytical" method, the current research obtains its sources and information from documentary and library sources, which, of course, with the approach of obtaining new and comprehensive sources and citing current cultural and media analyzes, is not only descriptive Rather, it finally comes to the position of analysis. Therefore, he explores the subject of the research with an explanatory view and reaches a conclusion in the framework of the discussion.
Results: Examining the data obtained from this approach shows that music can be a way to understand the communication culture of countries, places and cultures and connect these social elements together, provided that the rights of the audience are respected. In addition, music changes the boundaries of art and popular culture, and at the same time, depending on the perspective of the journalism included in it, it can become a tool for the development of social subcultures. Unfortunately, there is no more formal and advanced journalism training in this field. In general, the development of music journalism in other national spaces and its role in the cultural changes of a society has rarely been considered.
