چکیده
هدف: هدف اصلی از این پژوهش، مشخص‌کردن چالش‌های قانون حمایت از کودکان و نوجوانان از سوی رسانه ملی است.
روش پژوهش: روش این پژوهش توصیفی و تحلیلی است که داده‌های آن با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی جمع‌آوری شده است. در بخش میدانی با ابزار مشاهده، پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه گردآوری شده است. به این منظور، تعداد 20 نفر از مسئولان ارشد رسانه ملی، دبیرمرجع ملی حقوق کودک و مسئولان سازمان بهزیستی با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده است. داده‌ها به میزانی جمع‌آوری شد تا اشباع اطلاعاتی حاصل شود.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که سازمان‌ مذکور در زمینه عدم اولویت داشتن اجرای قانون، بودجه، تعدد وظایف، هماهنگی بین سازمانی و نظارت بر اجرای این وظایف دچار چالش‌های جدی هست. وجود یک بخش فراسازمانی مانند مرجع ملی حقوق کودک در ماده ۶  قانون مذکور، به جهت نظارت بر اجرای این وظایف و انجام هماهنگی‌های بین‌سازمانی ضروری می‌باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: این سازمان، یکی از مهم‌ترین سازمان‌‌هایی است که طبق قسمت «ح» ماده ۶ قانون حمایت رویکرد آموزشی داشته و رسالت قانونی آن، اطلاع‌رسانی در مورد حقوق اطفال و نوجوانان بیان شده است. در ارزیابی میدانی انجام مشخص گردید در شیوه اجرای ماده مذکور، چالش‌هایی وجود دارد. وجود چالش‌ها منجر شده فرایند حمایت از کودکان و نوجوانان درمعرض خطر و بزه‌دیده بصورت کامل صورت نگیرد.

Feasibility Study of Implementing Article 6 of the Child Protection Law in the National Media

Objective: The principal objective of this study is to identify the challenges that the national media presents to the enforcement of the law on the protection of children and adolescents.
Methodology: This research employs a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through both library research and field studies. In the field component, data were gathered using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. To this end, 20 senior officials from the national media, the secretary of the National Authority for Child Rights, and officials from the State Welfare Organization were selected through purposive sampling. Data collection continued until the point of information saturation was achieved.
Results: The findings indicate that the aforementioned organization faces significant challenges, particularly in the areas of prioritizing law enforcement, budget allocation, managing multiple responsibilities, facilitating inter-organizational coordination, and monitoring the implementation of these responsibilities. The establishment of a supra-organizational body, such as the National Authority for Child Rights as stipulated in Article 6 of the aforementioned law, is deemed essential for overseeing the execution of these duties and ensuring inter-organizational coordination .
Conclusions: This organization is identified as one of the most critical institutions, given its educational mandate as outlined in Part "H" of Article 6 of the Protection Law. The field assessment revealed notable challenges in the implementation of the aforementioned article. These challenges have impeded the full realization of the protection process for at-risk children and adolescents, as well as for victims.
