Unesco,scientific,educational and cultural institute of united nations with codification and ratification collection of universal and regional documents enterprised for describe ethical deminisions in information society.documents are result of legal, political and ovservational activities of unesco,those ratificated in framework of convention and decelaration by tne universal and regional cooperation of members of unesco.codifiation and ratification of conventios and decelarations those are results of universal and regional conferences are effective in codification roles of international law for protection of ethic and development ethical roles in area of international law.
