At the beginning journalism had ethnocentric view on Iranian audiences in the west. When Iranian accepted tyranny Journalism in their country, it was commercial Journalism era in the west and the west had passed two eras then: the tyranny and liberalism. The revolution of information and communication technology has brought new conditions to overview the monopoly pattern of Western journalism in the present world for the historic lateness in Iran journalism. The growth of communication technologies has made new opportunities for audiences to exchange information and news with low prices around the world. The digital revolution has affected the quality of life and social and human relations. Nowadays the use of Medias such as blogs, micro blogs, Twitter, face book, flicker and so more ... by citizens has been formed the citizen journalism. This type of journalism is redefining the word audience which challenges with tyranny monopolistic in publishing in virtual environment so that the audience has no place in this review because there is no border between the sender and the receiver. Ecosystems news has created new conditions for Western journalists to enter the era of anti-monopoly and digital democracy.
