Abstract
Objective: The objective of this study is to examine the nature of hybrid AI systems to overcome the shortcomings of AI systems based on focusing on optimizing AI for a more comprehensive understanding of humans.
Methods:  In this study, information was analyzed using an inferential content analysis approach. During the document selection process, 55 out of a total of 93 documents and sources obtained were eliminated, and 38 of them (whose subject matter included the research title in general or in part) were selected and examined and analyzed as a whole.
Results:  In the hybrid interaction between humans and AI, in addition to behavior based on algorithms that (think logically and act logically), this time there are systems that (think like humans and act like humans) so that we can witness the simulation of more intelligent behavior at the level of humans in all cognitive matters.
Conclusion: According to the results of the study, in the future we will witness hybrid interaction between humans and AI (machines) and the promotion and optimization of this interactive pattern based on effective communication based on shared identity. Artificial intelligence and its technology acceptance by users show a persuasive cycle based on the coexistence of technology in the form of collaboration, shared awareness and human decision-making. In this research, we will focus on themes enhanced by hybrid interaction with knowledge management and human intelligence based on creativity, which will lead to a reduction in the average error and thus achieve a sustainable interactive process in the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence. Therefore, the level of technology acceptance can be increased to the level of acceptance as a member of the human community.
